Impfen an der Universität / Vaccinations at the University

An der Universität Göttingen wird gerade eine Impfstrecke eingerichtet, die noch im Juni 2021 für Beschäftigte und Studierende der Universität gleichermaßen geöffnet ist. Die Vergabe von Impfterminen erfolgt über eine universitäre Webseite, bei der man sich – vergleichbar mit der Terminanmeldung zum Campus Covid Screen – mit dem Universitätslogin anmelden kann. Wir informieren Sie, sobald eine Terminanmeldung möglich ist.

Wir gehen aktuell davon aus, dass es zum Start des Angebots keine Impfpriorisierung mehr gibt. Sollte es diese wider Erwarten noch geben, muss sich die Terminvergabe danach richten. Eine darüber hinausgehende Priorisierung unter den Beschäftigten oder Studierenden durch die Universität wird es nicht geben.
Allerdings sind wir von der Verfügbarkeit des Impfstoffs abhängig. Universitätsleitung und Betriebsärztlicher Dienst setzen sich für die Bereitstellung von weiteren Kontingenten ein, aber zumindest zum Start erhalten wir pro Woche nur wenige hundert Dosen. Aus diesem Grund bitten wir alle Studierenden und Beschäftigten, die sich bereits jetzt impfen lassen können, diese Gelegenheit so schnell wie möglich wahrzunehmen und auch nach dem Start alternative Impfmöglichkeiten zu nutzen.

A vaccination scheme is currently being set up at the University, which will be open to University employees and students alike in June 2021. Vaccination appointments will be allocated via a University website where you can register with your University login – in much the same way as you would regsister for Campus Covid Screen. We will let you know as soon as it is possible to register for an appointment.

At this time, we assume that when this service starts there will no longer be any vaccination prioritisation. Should prioritisation still be in place, contrary to expectations, the allocation of appointments will have to follow this. There will be no further prioritisation among employees or students by the University.

However, we are dependent on the availability of the vaccine. The University management and the Betriebsärztlicher Dienst (occupational health service) are working to source additional supplies. However, at least at the beginning we will only receive a few hundred doses per week. For this reason, we ask all students and employees who already have the opportunity to be vaccinated to take advantage of this as soon as possible and to use alternative vaccination options even after the start of the service.
