Ausschreibung: vierte Runde des Gleichstellungs-Innovations-Fonds / Call for proposals: fourth round of the Equality Innovation Fund
Fakultäten und fakultätsnahe Einrichtungen können ab sofort Förderanträge für Projektideen einreichen, die Studien-, Forschungs- und Arbeitsbedingungen von Wissenschaftlerinnen und Studentinnen verbessern und zur Weiterentwicklung einer chancengerechten Universität beitragen. Die Bewerbungsfrist endet am 1. Mai 2023.
Gefördert werden innovative Projekte, die über bereits bestehende Maßnahmen hinausgehen. Die Projektideen müssen von einer fach- oder einrichtungsspezifischen Situations- und Problemanalyse ausgehen und einen für die jeweilige Organisationseinheit nachhaltigen Struktureffekt anstreben (Beispiele siehe Geförderte Projekte). Zielgruppe sind Frauen aller Qualifikationsstufen, von Studieninteressierten bis hin zur Professorin.
Thematische Schwerpunkte des vierten und vorletzten Calls im Rahmen der dritten Phase des Professorinnenprogramms sind gleichstellungsorientierte Auswahlprozesse mit Blick auf Stellenbesetzungsverfahren und chancengerechte Gremienbeteiligung.
Antragsberechtigt sind Mitglieder der zwölf Fakultäten (ohne Universitätsmedizin) sowie Einrichtungen der Universität Göttingen, die im Kontext von Studium, Nachwuchsförderung und Forschung aktiv sind, zum Beispiel Graduiertenschulen, Schüler*innenlabore, zentrale Einrichtungen und wissenschaftliche Zentren. Voraussetzung für die Förderung ist eine Kofinanzierung von 25,8 Prozent durch die Fakultät oder Einrichtung. Der Fonds umfasst ein Volumen von 150.000 Euro und wird aus Mitteln des Professorinnenprogramms finanziert.

Faculties and faculty-related institutions can now apply for funding for projects that aim to improve the study, research and working conditions of female academics and contribute to the further development of a gender-equitable university. Closing date is 1 May 2023.
Funding will be given to innovative projects that go beyond existing measures, in particular in the areas of equality-oriented selection processes with regard to recruitment procedures and equal opportunities for participation in committees. The project must be based on a situation/problem analysis with regard to the specifics of the organisational unit and aim at a sustainable effect on the organisational structure and culture (see examples: funded projects). The target groups are female graduates of all ages and scientific status groups, i.e. female bachelor or master students, female early-stage researchers and (prospective) female professors. The fund is financed by the Women’s Professors’ Programme.
Members of the twelve faculties and faculty-related institutions of the University of Göttingen who are involved in study, research and the promotion of early career scientists, e.g., graduate schools, experimental laboratories for young people, central institutions and scientific centers are eligible to apply. Faculties or institutions must provide a co-financing of 25.8 percent of the requested total amount. The fund for this call is approximately 150,000 euros.
