Hinweise zur 3G-Kontrolle in Abstimmung mit dem Datenschutz / 3G rules, in line with data protection
Das Präsidium hatte am 1. September 2021 Informationen zur Organisation der Lehre im Wintersemester verabschiedet, die im Dokument Informationen zur Organisation der Lehre im Wintersemester (PDF) aufgeführt werden. Dazu wurde eine Liste mit häufig gestellten Fragen veröffentlicht (www.uni-goettingen.de/de/649567.html).
Aktuell haben wir Antworten zu Fragen zu 3G und Datenschutz ergänzt:
- Vorgesetzte dürfen den Impfstatus von Mitarbeiter*innen nicht abfragen.
- Gesundheitsdaten von Studierenden oder Mitarbeitenden dürfen durch die Universität und ihre Einrichtungen nicht digital gespeichert werden.
- Zur Kontrolle des Impfstatus bei großen Veranstaltungen ist die Corona-Warnapp am besten geeignet, sie ist bei Einlass stichprobenartig zu kontrollieren. Das Gleiche gilt für Testzertifikate, die auch auf dem Smartphone kontrolliert werden können – hier reicht das Schreiben mit der Bestätigung eines Tests mit Namen und Datum aus.
- Die Häufigkeit der Stichprobe kann durch die Lehrenden vor Ort festgelegt werden und unter anderem von der Anzahl der Teilnehmenden abhängen.
- Für kleinere Veranstaltungen (bis ca. 30 bis 50 Teilnehmer*innen) können bei Bedarf flexible Lösungen vor Ort eingesetzt werden, zum Beispiel das Führen von Listen. Für diese Formate sollte möglichst zeitnah Kontakt zum Datenschutzbeauftragten aufgenommen werden, der gern zur Beratung zur Verfügung steht. Abgestimmte Formate werden allen Fakultäten über die Studiendekanate zugänglich gemacht, um Mehrfacharbeiten zu reduzieren.

We have now added answers to questions about 3G and data protection:
- Supervisors are not allowed to request the vaccination status of staff.
- Health data about staff or students may not be stored digitally by the University and its institutions.
- The Corona-Warnapp is the best way to check vaccination status at large events. It should be checked as a spot check at admission; the same applies to test certificates, which can also be checked on a smartphone. In this case, a letter confirming a test with name and date is sufficient.
- The frequency of the spot checks can be decided by the lecturers onsite and depends, among other things, on the number of participants.
- For smaller events (up to around 30-50 participants), flexible solutions can be used onsite if necessary, e.g. keeping lists. For these formats, contact should be made as soon as possible with the data protection officer, who will be happy to provide advice. Coordinated formats are made available to all faculties via the deans of studies in order to reduce duplication of work.
