Virtueller Helpdesk der studIT / StudIT’s virtual helpdesk
Ab sofort steht Studierenden während der Beratungszeiten im Learning Resources Center (LRC) ein virtueller Helpdesk zur Verfügung. Unter dem Link https://meet.gwdg.de/b/stu-gyn-w79 können Sie in einem BigBlueButton-Raum im persönlichen Gespräch Ihre individuellen Fragen klären. BBB bietet die Möglichkeit des Bildschirm-Sharings, was manche Probleme am Rechner leichter zu lösen macht. Der virtuelle Raum ist zu den üblichen LRC-Beratungszeiten geöffnet: Montag, Mittwoch und Freitag von 10 bis 16 Uhr, Dienstag und Donnerstag von 10 bis 18.30 Uhr sowie Sonnabend und Sonntag von 13 bis 16 Uhr.

In the BigBlueButton room at https://meet.gwdg.de/b/stu-gyn-w79, you will be able to have a private conversation to answer your individual questions. BBB offers the option of screen-sharing, which makes some problems easier to solve at the computer. The virtual room is open during the usual LRC consultation hours: Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 10:00 to 16:00, Tuesday and Thursday from 10:00 to 18:30 and Saturday and Sunday from 13:00 to 16:00.
