Auswirkungen des Kriegs in der Ukraine auf Dienstreisen / Impact of the war in Ukraine on business travel
Nach dem russischen Angriff auf die Ukraine hat das Auswärtige Amt seine Reisehinweise verschärft und eine Reisewarnung für die Russische Föderation, Belarus und Ukraine ausgesprochen. Dienstliche Reisen in diese Länder stehen deshalb bis auf weiteres unter Genehmigungsvorbehalt des Präsidiums.
Soweit Reisen derzeit dienstlich zwingend erforderlich sein sollten, sind diese per E-Mail an die Zentrale Reisekostenstelle (zentrale.reisekostenstelle@zvw.uni-goettingen.de) mit einer ausführlichen Begründung sowie Stellungnahme des Dekanats oder der Leitung der Zentralen Einrichtung zur Entscheidung durch das Präsidium zu beantragen.
Following the Russian attack on Ukraine, the Federal Foreign Office is tightening up its travel advice and has issued a travel warning for Russia, Belarus and Ukraine. As a result, official travel to these countries is subject to approval by the Presidential Board until further notice.
If travel is absolutely necessary for business reasons, please send an e-mail to the Central Travel Cost Centre (zentrale.reisekostenstelle@zvw.uni-goettingen.de) with a detailed justification and a statement either from the Dean’s Office, or the management of the central institution, for a decision by the Presidential Board.
