Ideen für innovative Gleichstellungsprojekte gesucht / Ideas for innovative gender equality projects wanted
Alle Fakultäten und fakultätsnahen Einrichtungen können ab sofort Förderanträge für Ideen für innovative Gleichstellungsprojekte beim Gleichstellungs-Innovations-Fond (GiF) einreichen. Die Projekte sollen die Studien-, Forschungs- und Arbeitsbedingungen von Wissenschaftlerinnen und Studentinnen verbessern und damit zur Weiterentwicklung einer geschlechtergerechten Universität beitragen. Die Frist endet am 30. April 2021.
Die ausgewählten Projektideen werden aus Mitteln des Professorinnen-Programms gefördert. Wichtig ist, dass die eingereichten Vorschläge über bestehende Maßnahmen hinausgehen. Die Projektideen müssen von einer fach- beziehungsweise einrichtungsspezifischen Situation- und Problemanalyse ausgehen und einen für die jeweilige Organisationseinheit nachhaltigen Effekt anstreben. Zielgruppen der Projekte sind Frauen aller Qualifikationsstufen, vom Studieninteressierten bis hin zur Professorin.
Antragsberechtigt sind Mitglieder aller Fakultäten (ohne Medizin) sowie Einrichtungen der Universität Göttingen, die im Kontext von Studium, Nachwuchsförderung und Forschung aktiv sind. Voraussetzung für die Förderung ist eine Ko-Finanzierung von 25, 8 Prozent durch die Fakultät beziehungsweise die Einrichtung. Der Fonds hat ein Volumen von 100.000 Euro. Innovative gender equality projects wanted! From now on faculties and faculty-related institutions can submit applications for funding projects, that intend to improve the study, research and working conditions of female scientists and contribute to the further development of a gender-equitable university.
After a first successful funding period the Equality Innovation Fund of the University of Göttingen is renewed by this first call 2021. Financed by the Programme for Women Professors, ideas for developing genuinely new gender equality measures will be supported. The planned project must be based on a situation/ problem analysis regarding the specifics of the organisational area and must aim at a sustainable effect on the organisational structure and culture. The target group are female graduates from all age and scientific status groups, i.e. female bachelor or master students, female early career researchers and (prospective) female professors.
Members of the 12 faculties and of faculty-related institutions of the University of Göttingen who are active in the context of studies, research and the promotion of early career scientists, e.g. graduate schools, experimental laboratories for young people (“Schülerlabore”), central institutions and scientific centres are eligible to apply. Reciprocal financing of 25,8 percent of the requested total amount must be provided by the faculties or institutions. The fund has a volume of approx. 100.000 Euro for this call.
