Auf der Diskussionsplattform „Georgia-Augusta-Dialog“ im Intranet der Universität, auf der Ideen, strategische Konzepte oder auch die Ergebnisse von Diskussionsveranstaltungen zur kritischen Kommentierung gestellt werden, wurde in dieser Woche ein Strategiepapier des Präsidenten Reinhard Jahn zur Positionierung der Universität in der Exzellenzstrategie veröffentlicht. Das Strategiepapier beinhaltet eine kurze bewertende Analyse des Scheiterns in der vergangenen Runde, eine kritische Bestandsaufnahme der Exzellenzstrategie und der derzeitig geltenden Rahmenbedingungen sowie eine Darlegung des geplanten weiteren Vorgehens.

On our new discussion platform „Georgia-Augusta Dialogue“ on the University’s intranet, where ideas, strategic concepts or even the results of discussion events are posted for critical comment, a strategy paper by President Reinhard Jahn on the positioning of the University in the Excellence Strategy program was published this week. The strategy paper contains a brief evaluative analysis of the UNiversity’s failure in the last round, a critical review of the Excellence Strategy and the current conditions, and a suggestion for the next steps.
