Kinderuni / Kids‘ University
Eltern aufgepasst: Ab sofort startet die Kinder-Uni mit Online-Seminaren auf unserem YouTube-Kanal. Die Videos werden zur gewohnten Kinder-Uni-Zeit freigeschaltet, also jeweils mittwochs um 17 Uhr. Falls die Kids schon anderweitig verplant sind, kein Problem – die Filme bleiben dauerhaft auf unserem Kanal stehen. Am Mittwoch, 24. Juni 2020, steht „die deutsch-französische Freundschaft“ im Mittelpunkt, inklusive einer Französisch-Lektion.
Um „Kinderrechte“ dreht sich das Seminar am Mittwoch, 1. Juli. Neben der grundsätzlichen Frage, was ein Recht überhaupt ist, gibt die Veranstaltung Einblick in die Geschichte der Kinderrechte, die UN-Kinderrechtskonvention und die Situation der Kinderrechte in Deutschland. Das Thema Ernährung steht am Mittwoch, 8. Juli, im Fokus. Unter dem Titel „Supergemüse gegen Zuckerteufel – warum nicht alles, was uns schmeckt, auch gut für uns ist“ lernen die jungen Zuschauer*innen die Ernährungspyramide und den Zusammenhang von Ernährung und Gesundheit kennen.
Zusätzlich zu den Seminaren veröffentlicht die Kinder-Uni am Montag, 29. Juni, und am Montag, 6. Juli, Vorträge von Kindern, die im Rahmen des Programms „Kinder informieren Kinder“ im Wintersemester 2019/2020 entstanden sind: Am 29. Juni zum Thema „Wölfe“ und am 6. Juli zum Thema „Supercomputer“. Im Video auf Youtube finden Sie jetzt schon ein Seminar über Kartografie. Sämtliche Videos wurden von den Studierenden der Kinder-Uni konzipiert und umgesetzt.

Attention, parents! The Kids‘ University is starting online seminars on our YouTube channel. The videos will be activated at the usual Children’s University time, i.e. on Wednesdays at 17:00. If the kids are already otherwise engaged, no problem – the films will remain permanently on our channel. On Wednesday, June 24, 2020, the focus will be on „German-French friendship“, including a French lesson.
The seminar on Wednesday, July 1, 2020, will focus on children’s rights and will not only deal with the fundamental question of what a right is, but will also provide an insight into the history of children’s rights, the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child and the situation of children’s rights in Germany.
The topic of nutrition will be the focus of the seminar on Wednesday, 8 July 2020. Under the title „Super vegetables against sugar devils – why not everything that tastes good to us is good for us“, the young audience* will learn about the food pyramid and the connection between nutrition and health.
In addition to the seminars, on Monday, June 29 and Monday, July 6, 2020, the Kinder-Uni will publish lectures by children, which were created as part of the program „Children inform children“ in WiSe 19/20: On June 29 on the topic „Wolves“, on July 6 on the topic „Supercomputers“. In the video on Youtube you can already find a seminar on cartography. All videos were conceived and realized by the students of the Kinder-Uni.
