Horizon Europe: Ausschreibungen 2023/24 / Call for proposals 2023/24
Horizon Europe ist das neunte EU-Rahmenprogramm für Forschung und Innovation (2021 bis 2027). Die EU-Kommission hat die Horizon Europe-Arbeitsprogramme 2023/24 veröffentlicht und organisiert dazu eine Reihe von Informationsveranstaltungen sowie Brokerage Events, um Projektpartner für Horizon Europe-Verbundanträge zu finden. Die ersten Ausschreibungsfristen enden bereits im Frühjahr 2023.
Um Horizon Europe-Mittel beantragen zu können, muss sich jede Einrichtung einmalig im „Funding & Tender Portal“ registrieren, dem Online-Portal der EU-Kommission für die Antragseinreichung und Projektabwicklung. Dann wird ihr eine neunstellige Identifikationsnummer, der so genannte Participant Identification Code (PIC) zugeteilt, unter dem die administrativen Daten einer Einrichtung bei der EU-Kommission hinterlegt sind.
Wichtig ist, dass jede Einrichtung nur genau einen PIC erhält. Die Universität Göttingen ist bereits als Einrichtung mit dem PIC 999 845 640 registriert. Die Universitätsmedizin Göttingen verfügt über einen eigenen PIC. Bitte erstellen Sie keinen weiteren PIC für die Universität, Ihre Fakultät, Ihr Institut oder Ihren Lehrstuhl.
Das EU-Hochschulbüro hat zwei Videos zum „Funding & Tender Portal“ und PIC auf der Horizon Europe-Antragsseite online gestellt. Diese veranschaulichen die grundlegenden Funktionen des Portals und erklären die Bedeutung des PIC.
Horizon Europe is the ninth EU Framework Programme for Research and Innovation (2021 to 2027). The EU Commission has published the Horizon Europe reference documents 2023/2024 and is organising a series of info days to find project partners for Horizon Europe joint proposals. The deadlines for the first call are in spring 2023.
In order to apply for Horizon Europe funding, each institution must register once in the Funding & Tender Portal, the EU Commission’s online portal for submitting applications and managing projects. A nine-digit identification number is assigned, known as the Participant Identification Code (PIC), which will link each institution’s administrative data stored by the EU Commission.
It is important that each institution has no more than one PIC. The University of Göttingen is already registered as an institution with the PIC 999 845 640. The University Medical Center Göttingen (UMG) has its own PIC. Please do not create another PIC for the University, your faculty, institute or research group.
