Vor dem Hintergrund, dass das neue Kalenderjahr bereits drei Monate alt ist, sei an dieser Stelle darauf hingewiesen, dass auch in Corona-Zeiten der zustehende Erholungsurlaub genommen werden soll. Auch wenn die Möglichkeiten wegzufahren eingeschränkt sind, dient der Urlaub zu Erholungszwecken und als Auszeit von der Arbeit vor Ort oder im Homeoffice.
Daher sollte mit Blick auf Ihre Gesundheit, aber auch die Effektivität eines im Laufe des Jahres zu erwartenden anlaufenden Normalbetriebs, bereits jetzt in Corona-Zeiten Erholungsurlaub genommen werden. Bitte denken Sie auch an Ihren Resturlaub aus dem Jahr 2020 und stimmen Sie die Planungen in Ihrer Einrichtung frühzeitig ab.
