Wenn wir nicht in so außergewöhnlichen Zeiten leben würden, dann hätte es jetzt die 5. Nacht des Wissens gegeben. Weil das aber momentan nicht möglich ist und wir weiterhin im Lockdown sind, bleibt im Augenblick nur die Erinnerung. Deswegen gibt es diese Woche in CampusPost, dem Blog des Göttingen Campus, einen throwbackthursday zur 4. Nacht des Wissens vor zwei Jahren. Mit Video und Fotogalerie blicken wir zurück – und stellen fest: Es war wirklich schön damals!

Im zweiten CampusPost-Beitrag dieser Woche geht es um einen Filmtipp: Mit dem Video „Die heimliche Heirat und das feuchte Ehebett“  lässt uns Michael Schwerdtfeger, Kustos des Alten Botanischen Gartens, in das geheimnisvolle Liebesleben der Farne blicken. Ein wissens-, hörens- und sehenswertes Video nicht nur für botanisch Interessierte.

If we didn’t live in such extraordinary times, we would have had the 5^th Night of Science by now. Since that’s not possible at the moment and we’re still in lockdown, something that we can all do is remember the good times. That’s why this week’s CampusPost, the blog for the Göttingen Campus, features ThrowbackThursday to the 4^th Night of Science from two years ago. With a video (in German) and photo gallery, we look back – and discover how nice it really was back then!

The second CampusPost article this week is a film recommendation (in German): Michael Schwerdtfeger, curator of the Old Botanical Garden, gives us a glimpse into the mysterious love life of ferns with the video „Die heimliche Heirat und das feuchte Ehebett“ (The secret marriage and the damp marriage bed“). A video worth knowing about, listening to and watching, not just for those interested in botany.
