Informationsveranstaltung zum Präsidentschaftsfindungsverfahren am 18. August 2020 / Information event on the presidential selection procedure on 18 August 2020
Nach den Erfahrungen aus dem gescheiterten Findungsverfahren des vergangenen Jahres lädt der Senat der Universität Göttingen herzlich zu einer hochschulöffentlichen Informationsveranstaltung über das aktuelle Präsidentschaftsfindungsverfahren am Dienstag, 18. August 2020, um 15 Uhr im Hörsaal ZHG 010 ein.
Mit der Veranstaltung möchten die Senator*innen das Findungsverfahren möglichst transparent und breit in die Universität kommunizieren. Dabei sollen unter anderem die neugefasste Verfahrensordnung und der Ausschreibungstext vorgestellt sowie allgemeine Fragen aus der Universität beantwortet werden.
Die Veranstaltung findet in Präsenz statt, es gelten die Hygiene- und Abstandsregeln der Universität. Aufgrund der beschränkten Sitzplätze wird vorab um eine Anmeldung per E-Mail an anika.bittner@stud.uni-goettingen.de gebeten. Außerdem ist ein Livestream geplant, für den ebenfalls um Anmeldung gebeten wird.

After the experience of last year’s failed presidential selection procedure, the Senate of the University of Göttingen cordially invites you to a public information event on the current presidential selection procedure on Tuesday, 18 August 2020, at 3 pm in Lecture Hall ZHG 010.
With this event, the Senators would like to communicate the presidential selection process as transparently and widely as possible to the university. Amongst other things, the new rules of procedure and the text of the call for applications will be presented and general questions from the university will be answered.
The event will take place in attendance, hygiene and distance rules of the university apply. Due to the limited number of seats, we ask you to register in advance by e-mail to anika.bittner@stud.uni-goettingen.de. A livestream is also planned, for which registration is also requested.
