Ideen für innovative Gleichstellungsprojekte gesucht / Ideas for innovative gender equality projects wanted
Noch bis zum 15. November 2022 können Fakultäten und fakultätsnahe Einrichtungen Förderanträge für Projektideen einreichen, die Studien-, Forschungs- und Arbeitsbedingungen von Wissenschaftlerinnen und Studentinnen verbessern und zur Weiterentwicklung einer chancengerechten Universität beitragen.
Gibt es bereits Ideen, aber noch kein konkretes Projekt? Kein Problem! Die Stabsstelle für Chancengleichheit und Diversität hilft Ihnen dabei gerne weiter und unterstützt Sie bei der Projektplanung.
Gefördert werden Projektideen aus Mitteln des Professorinnen-Programms, die über bereits bestehende Maßnahmen an Ihrer Fakultät oder Einrichtung hinausgehen und nachhaltig wirken. Beispiele für erfolgreich umgesetzte Projekte finden Sie in unserer Broschüre. Zielgruppen der Projekte sind Frauen aller Qualifikationsstufen, von Studieninteressierten bis hin zur Professorin.
Antragsberechtigt sind Mitglieder der zwölf Fakultäten (ohne UMG) sowie Einrichtungen der Universität Göttingen, die im Kontext von Studium, Nachwuchsförderung und Forschung aktiv sind, zum Beispiel Graduiertenschulen, Schüler*innenlabore, zentrale Einrichtungen und wissenschaftliche Zentren. Voraussetzung für die Förderung ist eine Ko-Finanzierung (25,8Prozent) durch die Fakultät oder. Einrichtung. Der Fonds umfasst ein Volumen von 150.000 Euro.

Until November 15, 2022, faculties and faculty-related institutions can submit funding applications for project ideas that intend to improve the study, research and working conditions of female scientists and students and contribute to the further development of a gender-equitable university. Do you already have ideas, but no concrete project yet? No problem! The Equal Opportunity and Diversity Unit will be happy to help and offers support in planning your project.
Financed by the Programme for Women Professors, ideas for developing genuinely new and sustainable gender equality measures at your faculty/institution will be supported. Examples of projects successfully implemented, you can find in our brochure; only in German. The target group are female graduates from all ages and scientific status groups, i.e., female bachelor or master students, female early career researchers and (prospective) female professors.
Members of the 12 faculties and of faculty-related institutions of the University of Göttingen who are active in the context of studies, research and the promotion of early career scientists, e.g., graduate schools, experimental laboratories for young people, central institutions and scientific centers are eligible to apply. Reciprocal financing of 25.8% of the requested total amount must be provided by the faculties or institutions. The fund has a volume of approx. € 150,000 for this call.
