Ab 15. November 2021: Präsenzangebote in der Studienzentrale / Ersatzchipkarte wieder persönlich erhältlich / From 15 November 2021: face-to-face offers in the Office of Student Affairs / Replacement chip card obtainable in person again
Ab der kommenden Woche startet das Servicebüro Studienzentrale am Wilhelmsplatz 4 mit vorläufigen, reduzierten Öffnungszeiten in Präsenz. Das heißt, Sie können Ihre Ersatzchipkarte wieder persönlich – ohne vorherige Terminvereinbarung – in der Studienzentrale erstellen lassen. Öffnungszeiten sind jeweils Montag, Mittwoch und Freitag von 11 bis 13 Uhr sowie Dienstag und Donnerstag von 13 bis 15 Uhr. Selbstverständlich können Sie auch weiterhin Ersatzchipkarten postalisch beantragen.
Darüber hinaus laden die Teams „Career Service“, „Studierendenbüro“ und „Zentrale Studienberatung“ Sie ein, in offenen Sprechzeiten Ihre Fragen rund ums Studium zu klären. Für die Nutzung der Angebote gelten die 3G-Regel und Maskenpflicht sowie die Bitte, sich über die App „Darf ich rein?“ an- und abzumelden.
As of next week, the Office of Student Affairs (Servicebüro Studienzentrale) will offer preliminary, reduced opening hours for face-to-face services at Wilhelmsplatz 4. This means that you will once again be able to have your replacement chip card produced in person – without having to make an appointment in advance – at the Office of Student Affairs. Opening hours are Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 11:00 to 13:00 and Tuesday and Thursday from 13:00 to 15:00. Of course you can also continue to apply for replacement chip cards by post.
