Virtual Group Coaching for international students who want to start their career in Germany / Gruppencoaching für internationale Studierende zum Jobeinstieg in Deutschland (in English)
Studying in Germany is one thing, getting a job another… Are you on the right track to start your career in Germany? As the identification of your professional goals based on your competencies, values and interests forms the beginning of the job search and application process, this workshop will help to explore those in order to reflect on individual strengths, potentials and possible professional fields. In the orientation, topics will be the steps of getting a job such as goal-oriented search strategies, application, support including networking and mentoring, job interviews and preparation as well as intercultural aspects of the application process in Germany according to the questions and demands of the participants. The group coaching takes place on 20 August and 24 August 2021.
