10m2-Regel in Arbeitsstätten sowie Hörsälen und Seminarräumen weiterhin gültig / 10m2 rule still valid in workplaces as well as lecture halls and seminar rooms

In den vergangenen Tagen wurden vermehrt Anfragen zur Gültigkeit der 10m2-Regel für Hörsäle und Seminarräume gestellt. Entsprechend der bundesweit geltenden Arbeitsschutzverordnung müssen in Räumen, die von mehreren Personen gleichzeitig genutzt werden, pro Person 10 m² zur Verfügung stehen. Diese Regel hängt weder vom universitären Stufenplan abhängt noch liegt sie im Ermessensspielraum der Universität. Nach aktuellem Stand ist diese Regel noch mindestens bis zum 30. Juni 2021 gültig.
Die Zentrale Raumvergabe hat im Mitarbeiter*innenportal eine Gesamtliste aller zentral verwalteten Unterrichtsräume und der aktuell maximal möglichen Belegungszahl bereitgestellt. Der Zugriff ist nur für Beschäftigte der Universität möglich:

In the last few days, there have been more and more enquiries about the whether the 10m2 rule still applies in lecture halls and seminar rooms. According to the occupational health and safety regulations that apply nationwide, 10m2 per person must be provided in rooms that are used by several people at the same time. This rule does not depend on the University’s 3-level system, nor is it at the University’s discretion. As things currently stand, this rule applies at least until 30 June 2021.

The Zentrale Raumvergabe (central room booking service) has provided a complete and downloadable list of all centrally administered teaching rooms and the current maximum number of occupants on the staff portal. Access is for staff members of the University only:
