Gerade angesichts des aktuellen Infektionsgeschehens sind die Erfassung und die Angabe korrekter Kontaktinformationen in Veranstaltungen notwendig, um Präsenzveranstaltungen an der Universität durchführen zu können. Aufgrund der Niedersächsischen Corona-Verordnung muss die Universität Kontaktdaten für die Teilnahme an Veranstaltungen erheben und bei Bedarf dem Gesundheitsamt zur Verfügung stellen. Um nicht in jeder Veranstaltungen neue Papierlisten führen zu müssen, starten wir mit einer kontaktlosen Datenerfassung. Hierfür nutzen wir die Software „Darf ich rein?“.
Ab sofort finden Sie in den Veranstaltungsräumen an mehreren Stellen passende Schilder mit QR-Codes, die Sie beim Betreten und Verlassen des Raumes mit Ihrem Smartphone scannen und dann Ihre Kontaktdaten eingeben. Nach einer erstmaligen Eingabe reicht danach das Scannen des QR-Codes zur Erfassung. Due to the current rising rates of infection, in order to be able to hold face-to-face events at the University, correct contact details have to be collected and recorded at events. As per the Lower Saxony Coronavirus regulations, the University must collect contact details for those who attend events in person and make them available to the public health department if required. In order to avoid having to keep new paper lists for every event, we are introducing contactless data collection. To do this, we are using the “Darf ich rein?” (May I come in?) software system.
From now on, you will find appropriate signs with QR codes at several places in the rooms where events take place. When entering and leaving the room, you simply scan the QR code with your smartphone and enter your contact details. After the initial use, you just have to scan the QR code at every event you attend and you will be registered.
