Umgang mit der 3G-Regel an der Universität / Implementation of the 3G rule at the University of Göttingen
Für den möglichst sicheren Ablauf des kommenden Wintersemesters hat das Präsidium folgende Regelungen beschlossen:
1) Für Lehrveranstaltungen jeglicher Art wird die 3G-Regelung für alle Teilnehmenden zwingend angewendet. Das bedeutet, dass sowohl Studierende als auch Lehrende einen Nachweis erbringen müssen.
2) Für alle weiteren Veranstaltungen der Universität mit mehr als 50 Teilnehmer*innen gilt ebenfalls für alle Teilnehmenden die 3G-Regel.
Personen, die ihren Status nicht mitteilen möchten oder nicht nachweisen können, kann eine alternative Teilnahmemöglichkeit angeboten werden. Die Kontrolle der Einhaltung der 3G-Regelung obliegt der*dem jeweiligen Veranstalter*in.
Für die Art der Erfassung gilt die vom Präsidium dargelegte Regelung für Lehrveranstaltungen.
3) Grundsätzlich wird eine Impfung dringend empfohlen. Personen, die dies nicht wahrnehmen können oder wollen und nicht genesen sind, wird ein Test beim Campus-Covid-Screen (CCS) ans Herz gelegt.
4) Das Testen beim CCS einschließlich der Wegzeiten von der Dienststelle zum CCS ist als Arbeitszeit zu werten.
5) Die persönlichen Daten des Impf-/Genesenen-/Getestet-Status werden nicht gespeichert.
The Presidential Board has agreed the following regulations to ensure that the coming winter semester runs as safely as possible:
1) For courses of any kind, the 3G rule will be mandatory for all participants. This means that both students and lecturers must provide proof.
2) For all further University events with more than 50 participants, the 3G rule will also apply to all participants.
People who do not wish to show their status or cannot prove it can be offered an alternative option to take part. The respective organiser is responsible for monitoring compliance with the 3G rule.
With regards to the way it is recorded, the regulations for teaching events set out by the Presidential Board apply.
3) Vaccination is strongly recommended. Those who are unable or unwilling to do so and are not in the group of people who have recovered from an infection, are advised to take a test at CCS (Campus Covid Screen).
4) Testing at CCS, including travel time from the workplace to the CCS test station, is to be counted as working time.
5) The personal data regarding whether someone is vaccinated, recovered or tested will not be stored.
