Dienstreisen / Business travel
Nunmehr wird es Ausnahmen vom bislang strikten Dienstreiseverbot geben können:
Bis auf Weiteres sind folgende Dienstreisen grundsätzlich wieder durch die Leitung der Einrichtung genehmigungsfähig:
- Eintägige Inlandsdienstreisen anlässlich von nicht aufschiebbaren Forschungsarbeiten, insbesondere saisonbedingte Feld- und Geländearbeiten (z.B. Messungen, Probeentnahmen, Abbau von Forschungsgeräten)
- eintägige Inlandsdienstreisen im Zusammenhang mit der Covid-19 Pandemie oder
- eintägige Dienstreisen im Stadtgebiet Göttingen und den Landkreisen Göttingen und Northeim sowie daran angrenzende Landkreise der Bundesländer Nordrhein-Westfalen, Thüringen und Hessen anlässlich erforderlicher Futterbesorgungen und Betreuung von Tieren
Voraussetzung ist grundsätzlich, dass die An- und Abreise allein und die Durchführung der Tätigkeiten vor Ort mit maximal zwei Personen erfolgt unter Berücksichtigung der derzeit geltenden Hygiene- und Abstandsregelungen sowie Arbeitsschutzstandards. Es sind vorranging der eigene PKW zu nutzen, falls keiner zur Verfügung steht eigene Institutsfahrzeuge oder Mietwagen – in dieser Reihenfolge.
Nicht generell genehmigungsfähig sind weiterhin die Nutzung der Bahn und ÖPNV als Beförderungsmittel, die Mitnahme von Studierenden und Übernachtungen, d.h. keine mehrtägigen Dienstreisen.
Die hierunter fallenden Dienstreisen sind über den Lucom-Dienstreiseantrag zu beantragen.
It will now be possible to make exceptions to the previously strict ban on business travel:
Until further notice, the following business trips can, in principle, be approved once again by institution management:
- One-day inland business trips for research work that cannot be postponed, especially seasonal field and terrain work (e.g. measurements, sampling, dismantling of research equipment)
- One-day inland business trips in connection with the Covid-19 pandemic
- One-day business trips in the city of Göttingen and the administrative districts of Göttingen and Northeim as well as the adjacent administrative districts of the federal states of North Rhine-Westphalia, Thuringia and Hesse when necessary to feed and care for animals
The prerequisite is that the arrival and departure is carried out alone and the on-site activities are carried out by a maximum of two people, following the current appropriate hygiene and distance regulations and occupational safety standards. In the following order of preference, please use: either your own car; or if that is not possible, your institute’s own cars; or there is neither, rental cars.
Furthermore, the following are not generally permitted: the use of trains and public transport as a means of transport; taking students on trips; and overnight stays, i.e. no business trips lasting several days.
Business trips that fall under this category must be applied for via the Lucom-Dienstreiseantrag (the business travel application on the Lucom Platform).
